This season’s new, elongated, light green leaves are so different from the older rounded blue green leaves found on the same branch.  Possibly Eucalyptus polyanthemos.

This is my attempt at mixing it up in the vegetable garden. How many different vegetables do you see?  I’ve noticed that some plants enjoy some extra shade that the understory provides.  I also seem to have fewer insect pests.     post from B.Bennett

With all the rain, even a weed covered lawn can be truly beautiful. Which raises the question…what is a weed? When is a weed not a weed?
